退貨換貨原則 Returns

樂木再次感謝您的購買! 

1. 從商品抵達您手上開始，您即擁有七天鑑賞期 （非試用期，鑑賞期含例假日）。

2. 若您收到的商品，有非外在人為因素造成的污漬或破損，或因運送造成的破損或瑕疵，請立即聯繫我們為您進行退、換貨。

3. 請於收到商品7天內，提供您的訂單編號、訂購人 姓名、電話及退貨原因描述 (附上2-3張照片更佳)，寄至 service@themoodhome.tw，我們將儘速為您處理。

特別注意: 

退貨時，商品本身需維持送達時的完整樣貌，並協助以安全保護的方式包裝後寄送，若商品完整性不齊全或因包裝不妥導致寄回損壞，恕無法辦理退換，敬請見諒。

We would like to say thank you again for purchasing our beautiful things. 

1. Customers can return damaged/wrong/faulty items within 7 days from the receiving date. 

2. In the event that there are damages in the delivered/ defective items, please contact us within 7 days after receipt.  You can contact us via e-mail : service@themoodhome.tw with following information.  We will send you the new replacement after checking your information.  

3. In all cases, the items returned must be in unused condition and in original packaging. The goods will be inspected once received.
